Setia Seraya, sets unprecedented height, as the tallest structure in Putrajaya, Precinct 15. Based on elevated grounds, the iconic residential tower soars high amongst the clouds acting as the guiding beacon of the picturesque Putrajaya. Inspired by “Muhibbah” philosophies, Setia Seraya spared no expense in creating a comfortable, convenient modern living environment attributed to all walks of life.

The design focuses on vertical living through a series of elevated feature spaces. The experiential journey begins upon entering the site as one is immediately welcomed by the standalone Clubhouse. The journey then ascends to higher grounds as one arrives at the elevated grand drop-off lobby that serves as a vantage point to the mesmerizing Putrajaya skylines. One is then immediately greeted by a feature staircase that leads directly into the panoramic Facilities Deck. Comfort and privacy then takes place as the final layer to this narrated journey as the north-south oriented residential units, and exclusive Sky Garden suspend above the rest.
