This Site is located in Kinrara Industrial zone which is only 15km south of KLCC City Centre and 50km north of KLIA Airport via motorway and the convenience of many public transportation system i.e. buses, taxis, and newly constructed train station Alam Sutera.

This building consist of 2 sections separated by a helical ramp which houses the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia headquarter office / training centre and Hap Seng showroom/ workshop both having its own exclusive entrances and frontages. The two-way helical ramp enable physical separation between the two sections which provide ease of security control.
