Located at the fringe of the old historic city of Melaka, this project comprises 2 towers: a 284 room hotel , Courtyard by Marriott and a Serviced Suites tower comprising 361 units, sitting on a common podium. This development is to tap the need for a re-knowned hotel brand and to cater for the growing tourist arrivals to the city of Melaka, since its UNESCO Heritage listing.

This project strives to provide not only convenience and amenities to business and leisure travelers, but also a host of facilities to catch for the residents of the Serviced Suites.
